22 July, 2012 at 10h 41min (Moscow time) five satellites, including the Russian Kanopus-V, the Byelorussian BKA, the Russian MKA-FKI (Zond-PP), the German TET-1 and the Canadian ADS-1B, were successfully launched by a Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with Fregat upper stage from the 31 Site at the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
After normal separation of the 3rd stage, the Fregat upper stage (manufactured by FGUP NPO-Lavotchkin) inserted the satellites into orbits.
The Soyuz-FG launch vehicle was designed and built by the State Research-and-Production Space Rocket Centre “TsSKB-Progress”.
