VIth All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference with International Participation on FOCAL PROBLEMS OF SPACE-ROCKET HARDWARE

Legendary designer of space-rocket hardware, RAS member D. I. Kozlov founded in Kuibyshev – now Samara – one of the most brilliant scientific schools. Its fundamental research and developments covered the field of rocket production, spacecraft building, and Earth remote sensing and served as a basis for creation of new research areas in geodesy and cartography, biology and medicine, materials science and high energy physics; development and creation of new information technologies and many others.


CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

The Conference aims at summarizing accumulated experience in the field of scientific research, design, manufacture and operation of light-, medium- and heavy-lift launch vehicles, earth observation systems, sharing of mutual experience by space hardware developers, domestic and foreign scientists and experts of the aerospace industry, as well as human resource development for the aerospace industry.

• Best papers will be published in Vestnik Samarskogo Gosudarstvennogo Universiteta   (included in the VAK, RSCI, Web of Science journal lists).

• Conference proceedings will be placed in the Russian science citation index (RSCI) system of the Scientific Electronic Library (eLIBRARY.ru).

• Samara sight-seeing tour, museum tours.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The official conference languages are Russian and English.

The Conference will consist of:

Papers presentation, poster sessions, advertising messages, demonstration of commercial products.

Based on the Conference materials, the Proceedings of Conference will be published, where it will be possible to place ads.

The deadline for submission of application forms, authors information, extended abstracts or full papers in electronic form is 17.07.2019.

The Conference Program and Conference Proceedings will be available for participants on the opening day.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject papers out of line with the Conference topics and/or prepared not in accordance with the specifications, or submitted after the deadline.

 

CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION APPLICATION

An application form should contain the following information: a full name, position, academic degree, title, affiliation, paper title, participation format, contact telephone, and e-mail. All contact data is only to be used by the Organizing Committee for contacts with authors and shall not be published.

PAPER SPECIFICATIONS

 

•  The language of papers must be English.

•  The extended abstract is limited to 2 pages, and the full paper to 10 pages.

• Files of abstracts and/or papers should be sent by e-mail.

• File format: Microsoft Word.

• Paper format: А4 (210 х 297 mm).

• Margins: top, left, right, bottom 20 mm.

• Font: Times New Roman 12 (text), 10 (abstract, figure captions, and keywords).

• Figures, tables can be inserted in the text and must be also attached as separate BMP, or JPG, or TIF files.

• The paper title should be bold and in upper case. Leave one empty line before and after authors’ names in lower case. Then give the complete affiliation, city and country. Leave one line empty and then put an abstract (limited to 500 characters including the paper title and authors names), keywords and text in a one-column format, references and authors’ information.

Please note: If there are several authors, the complete affiliation should be given for each of them.

• Authors information should include a family name, first name, academic degree, title, position, place of employment, office telephone, e-mail, and scientific area.

• Peer review (for the full paper only).

Conference participants consent to personal data processing as well as to publishing and placing in the Internet and electronic media of the materials submitted for the Conference.

The papers failing to meet the above-mentioned requirements will not be accepted for publishing.
