On August 28, 2013 in the framework of the MAKS-2013 Air Show, the VTB Bank and TsSKB-Progress signed a partnership agreement.

On behalf of TsSKB-Progress the agreement was signed by General Director A. N. Kirilin and on behalf of the VTB Bank it was signed by V. V. Lukyanenko, VTB governor.

A. N. Kirilin said: «We have long-term programs associated with the main activity lines of our enterprise including manned space exploration, satellite design and development, conversion projects such as the Rysachok airplane exhibited at the air show. Therefore we glad to establish new good partnership».
