On December 2, 2011, the block of the 3rd stage of the Soyuz-ST-A (the block I) was delivered to the Guiana Space Centre.
On November 28, 2011, the block I was delivered to Ulyanovsk from TsSKB-Progress for further transportation to French Guiana.
On November 30, 2011, at the Vostochny airport in Ulyanovsk specialists of TsSKB-Progress conducted handling operations with the block I.
On December 1, 2011, the AN-124 airplane left the airport in Ulyanovsk with the block I aboard and delivered it to the GSC on December 2, 2011.
Specialists of TsSKB-Progress have started operations with the block I installed in the Soyuz-ST-A. The block I was delivered to the Guiana Space Centre for the Soyuz-ST-A, which is launched on December 17, 2011.
