Biography:
 

Yevgeni Borisovich Lukin was born on 23 January 1982 in Kuibyshev. 

In 2006, he graduated from the State Aerospace University of Samara with a diploma in spacecraft and upper stages.

From 2006 to 2007, he held the positions of testing engineer, testing engineer of grade 3, testing engineer of grade 2 at the TsSKB-Progress State Research-and-Production Space Rocket Centre FSUE, Samara.

From 2007 to 2009, he held the position of head of group at the TsSKB-Progress State Research-and-Production Space Rocket Centre FSUE, Samara.  

From 2009 to  2011, he held the position of head of department at the RKTs Progress JSC, Samara.

From 2011 to 2015, he  held the position of deputy head of testing facility/head of department at the RKTs Progress JSC, Samara.

From May 2015 to November 2016, he  held the position of deputy chief engineer/head of centre at the RKTs Progress JSC, Samara.

From December 2016  to November 2019, he  held the position of deputy chief engineer/head of testing centre at the RKTs Progress JSC, Samara.

From December 2019 to May 2020, he was acting first deputy general director/chief engineer of the RKTs Progress JSC, Samara.

On 01 June 2020, he was appointed to the post of first deputy general director/chief engineer of the RKTs Progress JSC, Samara.
