Biography:

Mikhail Vladimirovich Rzhevsky was born on 9 April 1973 in Kuibyshev.

In 2015, he graduated from the Samara State Aerospace University with a diploma in internal combustion engines.

From 1990 to 1995 Rzhevsky served in internal affair bodies of Samara oblast.

From 1995 to 1996 he worked in the Samara Federation of Whushu and Volga Centre of Patriotic Education of Youth.

From 1996 to 2006 Rzhevsky worked in the EMERCOM State Fire Service of Samara oblast.

From 2006 to August 2018 he held the position of director of OOO STsS Avto, Samara.

In September 2018, Rzhevsky was appointed first deputy general director for economy and finance of the Progress Space Rocket Centre (RKTs Progress), Samara.
